Breakfast at the hotel
10:00 — meeting at the lobby of the hotel for a tour of Usupov Palace (Pasputin’s murder was complotted by Usupov’s family inside the palace), and Dostoyevsky Museum. The bus will be waiting at the museum to take us back to the Hotel.
Return to the hotel at 15.00

Day 3
Breakfast at the hotel
10:00 – meeting at the lobby and leaving for Hermitage;
Visiting 2 famous ‘storage’ collections (Diamond and Gold collections).
Program finishes at 4pm at the lobby of the Hotel

10:00 — meeting at the lobby of the hotel; traveling to Pushkin (Catherine the Great Summer Palace and park) outside St. Petersburg
Program finishes at 4pm at the lobby of the Hotel

Day 5
08:00 – meeting at the lobby of the hotel and leaving for the city of Pskov
Arriving to Pskov at 13.00
Tour of Pskov includes visiting Kremlin (meaning the churches inside fortified walls); Dovmontov City (an open sky museum including churches and buildings going back to the 13 the century); John the Precursor Cathedral; Olga’s Church; Pokrov’s buildings, Nevsky’s monument on the mountain of Sokholinsyaya.
Tour of an active Pskovo-Pechersky Monastery (remember skirts and head scarves, ladies!) Tour of an ancient Izbor Fortress.
Slovensky Sacred Springs (alias, The springs of 12 Apostles).
Accommodation in the hotel

Day 6
Breakfast. A trip to Pushkin estate (Mikhailovskoye, Trigorskoye, Svuatogorsky Monastery).
Return to St. Petersburg

Day 7

10:00 – meeting at the lobby of the hotel; leaving for Peterhoff Major Palace and Lower Park) outside St. Petersburg
Returning by means of “Meteor,” a cutter
Program ends in the hotel at 16:00

Day 8

Transfer to the railway to go to Moscow (Time to be confirmed)
Arrival to Moscow. Tour of the city includes the Cathedral of Our Saviour (only recently built)
Transfer to the hotel “Ibis Poveletskaya” “Ибис Павелецкая”.

Day 9

10:00 – Meeting in the lobby of the hotel; a trip to Kremlin including Armoury and the Diamond Collection
Program ends at 15.00

10:00 – leaving for a Tratyakov Gallery. Two additional exhibits: The foundations of Graphic Art: silk, paper, wood and glass.
And: Vasnetzov, drafts for the frescoes on Vladimir Cathedral in Kiev 1885-1896
Tour of Subway and Arbat (street in Moscow)
Back to the Hotel at 15.00
